Brandon Labiner, Esq.
Brandon Labiner represents individuals and their families with their will drafting needs and the administration of revocable and irrevocable trusts. In addition, he has focused his legal practice on incapacity planning by helping his clients prepare for unfortunate circumstances where they may be unable to make financial or health decisions on their own. To do this Brandon implements tools such as appointing a power-of-attorney, designating a health care surrogate, and nominating one or more legal guardians.
Most importantly, Brandon Labiner is a certified Elder Mediator, using his knowledge of elder law and care management to assist the more than 40% of elders in the community who have a serious family conflict.
A Strong History
Brandon was born in New York City, and spent much of his early childhood there. Eventually, he and his family moved to Fort Lauderdale, FL, and he has been in the state of Florida ever since. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, and then returned to Ft. Lauderdale to attend law school at Nova Southeastern University, where he graduated cum laude.
He is a member of the Florida Young Lawyers Division and is admitted to practice law at the Federal level of the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. Brandon lives and works in Boca Raton, providing his legal services throughout Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties.
